Job Description
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Location Strategy . You have found the right team.
As a Location Strategy Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for managing and updating real estate management systems, SharePoint Admin duties, ensuring data integrity, maintaining/creating Alteryx automation workflows, and supporting multiple business projects and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities

  • Complete established validations on submission requests, prepare requests, and make bulk or individual updates into real estate management systems. Validate updates were completed as expected. Exposure to MIS systems is preferred.
  • Create and maintain Alteryx automation workflows to streamline data processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Complete established QC processes and escalate exceptions to the appropriate parties.
  • Research and handle escalations including process breaks to identify issues and escalate to appropriate parties for resolution.
  • Understand the business requirements, data flow, and various mappings within the data and make suggestions to cleanse and improve data.
  • Support multiple business projects and initiatives. Candidate should have a keen eye for detail and user experience.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-functional dependencies and challenges. Candidate should be able to manage work independently with little supervision.
  • Support the implementation of key business decisions and change efforts. Support multiple projects and reporting needs by working with teams across the globe.
  • Maintain evergreen Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to ensure they are up-to-date and reflect current processes and best practices.
  • Maintain and carry out SharePoint Admin duties including access certification, record disposition, and controls. Communicate with leaders and clients from around the world but mostly within the USA


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong academic background - Graduates with 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Alteryx and SharePoint design/development along with Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, ability to structure and scope complex problems, and understand complex systems.
  • Ability to think independently, understand complex data, handle ambiguity, and make continuous progress towards meeting business objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder and partner management and executive-level communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Experience in the real estate business of the USA is appreciated.
  • Preferred IBM TRIRIGA knowledge. Experience in maintaining SharePoint permission groups and access certification.
  • Preferred advanced MS EXCEL skills, SharePoint workflow designs, and Alteryx Designer
