What You'll Do

As a Location Lead, you'll take ownership of your store's daily operations while creating a positive experience for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the daily operations of the store while fostering a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
  • Drive store performance by achieving sales and profitability goals while effectively managing operating expenses.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee cash handling procedures, and ensure the company delivery fleet is properly maintained.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees to help them reach their full potential.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and onboarding new team members.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable state and federal laws.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of automotive parts, company programs, and industry best practices.
  • Represent Auto Value with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude every day.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who enjoys helping others succeed, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
  • Two or more years of automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, customer-first attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
