PandaDoc is looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager to drive localization projects across Marketing and Product.
You will be a crucial part of the International Expansion team which works to deliver international revenue, global go-to-market strategy and localization. You will work with our Product, Marketing and CX teams to build the systems, processes, vendors, and tools needed to deliver a full-funnel customer experience in 7 languages.
This is a very important role, as our global product launches, new feature rollouts, and marketing campaigns in international markets depend on your work. You should be just as comfortable managing localization of a landing page, as you are executing an end-to-end product launch in multiple countries. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, who loves working with people from different cultures and backgrounds, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and is passionate about detailed project plans.
You will work cross-functionally with all teams at PandaDoc, our external vendors, freelancers, and copywriters on initiatives which will accelerate our international growth.
In this role, you will:
- Build and optimize processes that ensure smooth collaboration on localization projects, big and small
- Take ownership of all localization projects, manage them end-to-end and measure their results
- Proactively support our Sales and CX teams with localized assets
- Manage our localization budget to optimize the ROI of localization
- Identify new tools, vendors, and contractors who can help us scale
About you:
- 3+ years of experience as a localization project manager, preferably in a SaaS company
- Experience working with cross-departmental teams (marketing, engineering, sales)
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments, good at building remote relationships, great communication skills
- Experience with vendor and budget management
- Dedication to delivering internal customer service, with proactive response to stakeholder needs
- Self-starter, a proactive and curious person, always focused on improving the way we do things
- People person - a great communicator who enjoys working with people from all over the world
- Well-organized, and results-driven with attention to detail which allows you to successfully manage multiple projects
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure - with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders

The annual OTE is $90,000 -$125,000 (base + bonus combined) pending experience.
