Localization Manager

The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day translation processes for web content and other digital products (Mobile apps, TVC, YouTube videos, retail, etc.);
• Ensure the timely delivery and quality of the translations required by the Product and Marketing teams;
• Build long-lasting relationships with translation agencies, native copywriters, and country managers;
• Map and document all localized material in order to ensure translation consistency in terms of style, quality, accuracy, and tone of voice;
• Identify and fix linguistic and market specific issues before launch;
• Create and maintain linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, etc.);
• Work cross-functionally with Development, Product, Project Management, Design, CRO, and Marketing teams to successfully launch new campaigns and landing pages; 
• Develop processes and methodologies to implement, maintain, and optimize the localization process.

Core Requirements

• Similar work experience; 
• An eye for detail, even under pressure;
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time;
• Ability to question the way we do things and recommend alternative solutions that drive impact to the business;
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be comfortable with constant change.
• Experience with any CAT or TMS tools is a plus.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 2150 - 3310 EUR/Month.
