About the role:
As a Localisation Project Management Intern, you support the PM team in the operational delivery of localisation projects. You will assist with project coordination, documentation upkeep, reporting, and handling lower-complexity requests under supervision.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to international marketing localisation, project workflows, and stakeholder communication, while contributing meaningful operational support to the team.

OLIVER is recruiting a full-time Localisation Project Management Intern to work for the adidas account.
ROLE MISSION
As a Localisation Project Management Intern, you support the PM team in the operational delivery of localisation projects. You will assist with project coordination, documentation upkeep, reporting, and handling lower-complexity requests under supervision.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to international marketing localisation, project workflows, and stakeholder communication, while contributing meaningful operational support to the team.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You will work with the global PM team, based in the Netherlands, as well as translators and transcreators around the world.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Project Support
- Support PMs in coordinating localisation workflows across multiple markets.
- Manage lower-complexity or smaller-scale projects independently under supervision.
- Assist with briefing preparation, file handling, CAT tool setup, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with linguists to ensure timely delivery.
- Support quality control checks before final delivery.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain and update documentation (process guides, trackers, internal wikis).
- Ensure shared folders, templates, and trackers remain organised and up to date.
- Assist with onboarding documentation for linguists and freelancers.
- Help maintain terminology lists and translation memory hygiene where required.
Process & Tools
- Learn to work with CAT tools and localisation platforms.
- Support basic data tracking (volumes, turnaround time monitoring).
- Identify small operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Assist with automation setup where applicable
What you need to be great in this role:
- University degree in Linguistics, Translation Management, Marketing, International Business, Communication, or a related field.
- You are highly organised and structured.
- You enjoy working with spreadsheets and detailed documentation.
- You are detail-oriented and careful with language and formatting.
- You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
- You are curious about how global marketing and localisation operate.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines.
- Interest in languages, marketing, or international communication.
- Experience with CAT tools is a plus (not required).
