We are looking for a Localisation Engineer who can join our efforts in continuing to lead the industry in Warsaw, Poland (this role is 1 year fixed term contract to start with).
AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

Innovate localisation strategy, improving and optimizing processes.

Lead and manage the technical reference localisation projects

Manage TMS used in conjunction with connected tools such as Snowflake, GitHub, and AEM.

Use visual analytics tools for the reporting output

Build, design and execute technical reference localisation regularly and as requested

Lead and manage the tech localisation projects and the team
-
Promote a strong collaboration with the Snowflake tech teams and propose the best practice in localisation

Lead the linguistic issue management in JIRA

Manage vendors including budget and translation quality
-
Be excellent and think big in building the solution-based approach to offer the best localisation at Snowflake
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
-
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Localisation, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
-
5+ years of experience in software development working with one or more of the following languages: Typescript, JavaScript, Java, Python, C, C++, Go.

Experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Wealth of project Management experience, people management, mentoring and coaching skills.
