How you'll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for the effective management of the products throughout their life cycle, including market introduction planning, market positioning, manufacturing, and technology development. Ensure that the products create value for the company continuously.

2. For active products, you will collect product requirement deviations from cross functions or directly from the market, analyze and drive decisions accordingly.

3. You will be tracking, summarizing the market demand for new products, prepare strategies, promote new product development decision-making and implementation

4. You will collect product information of competitors, monitor market development, and formulate corresponding product strategies, product price management, track product cost, organize and promote cost reduction projects to achieve product cost targets, drive price management of products under development to ensure that new product prices fulfill market demand.

5. You will share management of type test report deviations of active products, and management of type test parameters, standards, and lab selections, initial and facilitate the completion of technical risk review.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a master’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, automation or relevant majors.

2. Experience in power industry or product management is a plus.

3. Fast learning ability and change innovation.

4. Fluent and high-quality English listening, speaking and writing.

5. Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit.
