Key Responsibilities
- Local retail marketing: Collaborate with HQ marketing team to translate global marketing campaigns to local and seasonal marketing plans. Develop and execute local activations, seasonal graphics, POS materials, and communication for in-store promotions to drive traffic and increase sales. Partner with the shopping malls for a perfect execution of our campaigns in their locations.
- Store Openings: Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies for new store openings in the Nordics, working closely with the retail team to ensure successful launches and drive footfall.
- Local Facebook Page Management: Oversee and manage the brand’s Nordics Facebook presence, creating localized content, engaging with followers, and leveraging paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Micro-Influencer Seeding Program: Develop and execute a local influencer seeding program by identifying and partnering with micro-influencers in Nordics. Ensure content aligns with brand goals and monitor results to optimize future collaborations. Organize local activations and really drive the ambassador program through personal connections with the influencers.
- Events: Initiate and organize local (retail) events that drive business KPI’s and fit to the brand’s values and mission. Closely working with the HQ team to ensure brand guidelines are matched.
- Local Brand Partnerships: Build and foster relationships with local brands and organizations for co-branded campaigns and collaborations that align with our brand ethos and target market.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Function as the local expert for the Nordics market, providing valuable insights and reporting back to HQ on market trends, customer behavior, competitive activities, and performance of local marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget for Nordics, ensuring all campaigns and activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
Qualifications for the role
Experience
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion industry or a retail environment.
- Proven track record of managing store openings, local social media accounts, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
- Experience working in the Nordics market with a solid understanding of local consumer behavior and market trends.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Swedish and/or Danish and English, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Language:
Fluent in Danish and/or Swedish and proficient in English.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (4-5 years) Local Marketing Specialist to oversee and manage the marketing operations for our growing presence in the Nordics. You will play a key role in expanding our brand, managing local campaigns, and ensuring that the brand’s marketing strategies are tailored to the Scandinavian market. As part of our European marketing team, you will report directly to HQ in the Netherlands and be the crucial link between the local market and HQ. Next to this you have a dotted line to the Managing Director in your market to align on everything country specific. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketer with experience in fashion retail and a passion for growing brands in new territories. This role requires travel to the HQ and stores across the Nordic Region on a regular basis.
