As the DACH Local Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead the execution of innovative campaigns to drive Treatwell’s success across the DACH region. Playing a pivotal role in strengthening Treatwell’s brand as the leading marketplace and software partner for the hair and beauty industry, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact.

A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, you’ll bridge local market insights with global brand strategy, ensuring Treatwell’s presence resonates culturally and competitively across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to shape initiatives and drive results, setting the standard for Treatwell’s local marketing excellence.

Your Mission:
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that fuel Treatwell’s Supply success—helping attract and retain partners while solidifying Treatwell’s reputation in the hair, beauty, and wellness industry. Acting as a key local advocate, you’ll stay ahead of market dynamics, competitor trends, and customer behaviors, translating these insights into tailored, impactful strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Brand Campaigns & Activations:

  • Roll out group-wide trade and brand campaigns, tailoring execution to the DACH market’s unique needs and metrics.
  • Develop and deliver localized brand activations that foster trust, industry affinity, and brand recognition.
  • Act as the go-to project manager for local campaign implementation, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with global goals.

Owned & Earned Brand Channels:

  • Generate creative ideas to boost organic engagement across social and community channels.
  • Manage and optimize local content for social media, community pages, and newsletters, driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Provide monthly performance reports to track the success of earned and owned channels.

Sales Enablement & Funnel Optimization:

  • Work closely with sales teams to enhance SQL quality and identify areas for funnel improvement.
  • Design and deliver regional enablement tools, including ABM campaigns targeting high-value venues.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies to support supply generation, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams.

Partner Success & Growth:

  • Lead events, webinars, and campaigns aimed at nurturing partner growth and satisfaction.
  • Support key lifecycle campaigns (e.g., Top Rated, Payments, One Saas) to enhance partner engagement.
  • Build loyalty programs and referral initiatives to foster long-term partnerships.

Local Copy & Content Management:

  • Optimize copy and content for local relevance and cultural authenticity, ensuring adherence to Treatwell’s brand voice.
  • Act as the final checkpoint for external-facing assets, guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Suggest and implement continuous improvements to everyday content and communication efforts.
Requirements

Skills Required

  • Comfortable working with high levels of autonomy and making independent decisions.
  • Confident executing initiatives for the first time, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
  • Solution-oriented, able to overcome challenges creatively and efficiently.
  • Native German speaker and proficient English speaker. 
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and make impactful decisions.
  • A track record of successfully executing innovative campaigns, especially in first-time or uncharted scenarios.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Fluency in German (native level) and English, with exceptional communication skills.
