Position Overview:
As a Payroll Coordinator at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
Calculate and process employee wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of paychecks or direct deposits.
Maintain payroll records and data in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Compliance and Reporting:

Stay updated on payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and other mandatory filings.
Assist in responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees and authorities.
Data Management:

Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with the utmost discretion.
Problem Resolution:

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records.
Generate payroll reports and provide data for internal and external audits.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Education and Experience:

Finance, or a related field is preferred.
3 years of relevant payroll experience.
