Job DescriptionThis role focuses on daily operational user support, workstation management, and first-level infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Provide direct User Support & Help Desk (on-site and remote) for routine hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage, track, and resolve tickets through the company's ticketing platform, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
- Prepare, configure (staging), and deploy new workstations (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets) and peripherals (printers, scanners).
- Operating Systems & Applications Troubleshooting
- Resolve common issues related to client operating systems (Windows/macOS) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, web browsers, email clients).
- Install, update, and configure standard corporate applications according to company guidelines and procedures.
- First-Level Infrastructure Troubleshooting
- Perform ERP/SAP administrative tasks such as password resets, user account unlocking, and assignment of standard authorization profiles.
- At least 5/7 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of SAP ERP will be a plus
- Local Infrastructure management, Operating System (OS) Troubleshooting knowledge
- Fluent in English language

Annual Based Salary: 30.000€ - 35.000€
