Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the comprehensive management of programs and projects in the territory, ensuring sustainable results in the well-being of children, their families, and communities, in alignment with World Vision Honduras' strategy.


REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Local Development, or related fields
  • Training in leadership or project management (desirable)
  • Master’s degree (desirable)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in leadership or project coordination roles
  • Experience in team management and working with communities
  • Experience in coordination with partners, donors, or local governments
  • Experience working in fragile urban contexts

  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft 365, Power BI)

Other Requirements:
