Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the comprehensive management of programs and projects in the territory, ensuring sustainable results in the well-being of children, their families, and communities, in alignment with World Vision Honduras' strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Local Development, or related fields
- Training in leadership or project management (desirable)
- Master’s degree (desirable)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership or project coordination roles
- Experience in team management and working with communities
- Experience in coordination with partners, donors, or local governments
- Experience working in fragile urban contexts
Key Competencies:

- Effective communication and collaborative work
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft 365, Power BI)
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license; 4x4 manual transmission vehicle
