What we’re looking for:
We are seeking an energetic Local Community Associate who will drive sales growth and foster strong community ties within the local market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with a knack for building lasting relationships and a strong understanding of community dynamics.

Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in a community-focused role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience with Google Suite and comfort learning new technical systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Must be comfortable with travel within the local market and participating in local events (approximately once per month on average).

Presence onsite at our coworking space in Domain Northside in Austin, TX.

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.08/hour plus a bonus based on performance. Placement is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
What you’ll do:

Engage with local businesses and community members to proactively build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Support the growth of the local market through strategic outreach and participation in local events.

Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs.

Primary support of all inbound demand (coworking space, phones, emails, etc).

Ensure the effective use of sales and customer service tools to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Custom Ink's values and services within the community.

Participate in and organize community events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with other local and regional team members to align strategies and maximize market penetration.
