The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 20,000 healthcare professionals and team members with close to 1,500 health and wellness offices across 48 states in four distinct categories: dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health. Working in partnership with independent practice owners and clinicians, the team is united with a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet. Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.
As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Local AI-Search Specialist.
Job Description:
The Local AI-Search Specialist owns local maintenance, hygiene, updates, and citations across our brands, and is the connective tissue between on-site local content and the national AI-Search strategy. You partner closely with the merchandising team to keep on-site and off-site (owned) local channels in continuity and parity, so a patient sees a consistent, accurate experience everywhere they look.
You bring local expertise at scale — across multiple brands and locations — and pair it with an AI-forward approach to hygiene, citations, and reporting. You report to the Sr. Manager, AI-Search.
What You'll Do:
- Local maintenance & hygiene. Own the ongoing accuracy, completeness, and hygiene of local listings and profiles across all brands — hours, services, categories, imagery, and other core attributes.
- Citations & distribution. Manage citation building, monitoring, and correction across the leading local data aggregators and distribution channels, keeping business data consistent everywhere it syndicates.
- On-site / off-site parity. Partner with the merchandising team to maintain continuity between on-site local content (location and provider pages) and off-site owned channels, so the patient experience holds together end to end.
- Local content strategy. Play a central role in shaping on-site local content strategy and connecting it to the broader national AI-Search strategy, so local pages reinforce national visibility goals rather than duplicate them.
- Local reporting. Own recurring local performance reporting — visibility, listing health, citation accuracy, and review/reputation trends — for the AI-Search practice and stakeholders across brands.
- Multi-brand scale. Manage local hygiene and strategy across multiple brands, adapting workflows to each brand's footprint while holding one consistent standard.
- AI-informed local practice. Bring AI tools into local workflows where they add scale — hygiene checks, citation monitoring, reporting — while maintaining the accuracy bar patient-facing local data requires.
What You Bring:
- Local search expertise at scale. 3+ years managing local search, listings, or citations across multiple locations or brands.
- Platform fluency. Strong, hands-on command of the most prominent local search management platforms and distribution channels — Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Yelp, Apple Location Listings, Yext, Birdeye, BrightLocal, or similar tools — and how they connect to broader SEO/AI-Search performance.
- Multi-brand / multi-location comfort. Experience operating across many locations or brands at once, with the organizational rigor to keep hygiene consistent at scale.
- Cross-functional coordination. Comfortable partnering daily with merchandising, content, and analytics partners to keep on-site and off-site channels aligned.
- Reporting fluency. Able to build and deliver clear, recurring local performance reporting to stakeholders.
- AI fluency. Direct experience using AI tools to support search or content workflows, with a practical sense of where they add scale and where a human check still matters.
- Patient-first, conversion-oriented mindset. You think about local content and listings in terms of the patient action they drive, not visibility for its own sake.
Annual Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.

TAG - The Aspen Group Insights
What We Do
When we helped launch Aspen Dental, we set out to break down the barriers that made it hard for patients to keep up with their dental health — affordability, transparency, and access. We knew the key to better patient care started with the provider, so we changed how the dental business worked. We built new relationships, expertise, and tools to help dentists run their businesses more effectively and better care for their patients. Fast forward, and over 25 years later, we support more than 1000 Aspen Dental locations—by doing so, we are proud to say we have changed access to dental care nationwide. But there’s more work to do. Healthier, happier smiles were just our beginning. We came together to launch TAG – The Aspen Group, officially expanding beyond dental and embracing a new vision. By bringing together Aspen Dental, Chapter, ClearChoice, WellNow, and Lovet into one family of brands, we set out to achieve one simple goal together: to bring better healthcare to more people - because we believe in a future where health and wellness is accessible for all. With that mission in mind, TAG now supports over 5,300 clinicians across more than 1,400 locations. While our vision is now broader, how we achieve it remains the same. The best care starts with the provider - and TAG exists to power them so they can meet patients where they are, no matter their specialty, and deliver better care. Because we know that at the end of the day, better healthcare is simple — empower the provider and their teams, and the rest will follow. United as one group, we’re not just breaking down barriers; today, we’re breaking through. We’re challenging the status quo. Together, we can prove healthcare can be better for both providers and patients. Together, we can bring better healthcare to more people.
Why Work With Us
TAG - The Aspen Group employs and/or supports over 25,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,400 health and wellness offices across 46 states in four distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health.
