We are seeking an LMS Administrator to be a part of our Learning & Technical Documentation Team. You should have a strong understanding of E-Learning creation and delivery as well as general administration and maintenance of Learning Management Systems.

  • Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborate with a team of technical writers and apply instructional design principles to create and maintain high quality LMS objects such as e-learning courses, certification programs and assessments, etc.
  • Create and maintain internal and external user groups, departments, roles, and permissions on the backend.
  • Create specific dashboards for trainers & admin roles.
  • Create learning accounts and assign training programs based on user profile.
  • Identify, analyze, and make suggestions based on LMS activity.
  • Create custom report templates and setup delivery mechanism as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues.
  • Analysis & implementation of new features and upgrades from the LMS SaaS provider.
  • Implementing API integration in LMS
  • SSO Configuration and auto provisioning in LMS 

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the administration of a learning management system.
  • Experience with development and delivery of training curriculums and certification programs.
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Technical communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and technologies.
  • Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning content creation software.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
