We are looking for a detail-oriented LMS Administrator – Certification Support to support the administration, publishing, and tracking of certification programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing learning management systems and certification platforms who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure certification programs are accurately published, learner records are maintained, and certification data is tracked and reported. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency are essential.
This position requires working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (US Central Time).
ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain certification programs within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Publish and manage certification exams and learning content.
Support certification operations using platforms such as CertMetrics, Alpine, Pearson VUE, or similar certification management systems.
Track learner progress, certifications, renewals, and completion records.
Generate reports and analyze certification data using Microsoft Excel.
Troubleshoot learner and certification-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure certification programs run smoothly.
Maintain accurate learner records and certification documentation.
Ensure data integrity across LMS and certification platforms.
Communicate professionally with stakeholders and learners regarding certification processes.
2+ years of experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience with certification publishing or certification management systems.
Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:
CertMetrics
Alpine
Pearson VUE
Other certification publishing or exam management platforms
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, reporting, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
Comfortable supporting users across multiple systems.
Experience supporting certification or credentialing programs.
Experience working with enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, Absorb, etc.).
Basic reporting and data analysis experience.
