Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the algorithm research, application development, and deployment of large NLP models.
- Design and develop application architectures based on specific gaming + AI requirements.
- Application scenarios include text retrieval, text generation, generative Q&A, etc.
- Stay updated on cutting-edge LLM technologies, including RAG, CoT, reinforcement learning, etc.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- Familiarity with LLM-related training and fine-tuning algorithms.
- Experience in LLM inference deployment, with a preference for candidates with deployment and optimization experience.
- Familiarity with algorithms such as CoT and reinforcement learning; relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in deep learning tools like PyTorch and DeepSpeed, as well as Python programming and Linux development environments.
- Skilled in deployment frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI, with the ability to write efficient Dockerfiles and deploy applications quickly.
