- Monitor live delivery operations across Omani cities, tracking order flows, rider availability, and zone coverage in real time.
- Coordinate daily with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners to ensure rider deployment aligns with demand forecasts.
- Identify and escalate operational issues — from merchant downtime to delivery delays — and drive swift resolution.
- Support new city and zone launches by running pre-launch readiness checks and Go/No-Go assessments.
- Track and report on key operational KPIs (CPO, on-time rate, rider utilisation) on a daily and weekly basis.
- Provide back-end merchant support from an operational standpoint — resolving order flow issues, account access problems, and menu or availability discrepancies that affect live service.
- Troubleshoot and follow up on merchant device issues (tablets, printers, connectivity), coordinating with the tech team to minimise downtime and keep merchants live.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, last-mile delivery, or a fast-paced coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills — you can juggle multiple moving parts without losing sight of priorities.
- Clear, confident communicator, comfortable working with field teams, partners, and internal stakeholders alike.
- Comfortable working with data: able to read dashboards, maintain trackers, and flag anomalies quickly.
- Problem-solver proactive mindset: you don't wait for someone else to fix an issue; you own it and escalate when needed.
- Fluent in English and Arabic given the operational context across Oman.
- Prior experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, or a super app environment.
- Familiarity with dispatch tools, fleet management systems, or Google Maps / KML zone mapping.
- Basic knowledge of Omanisation regulations and 3PL compliance frameworks.
- Any additional language is win! (Urdu, Hindi, French, SQL)
