- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
- General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
Skills Required
- 2+ years leadership and/or supervisory experience
- Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field
