- Serve as a positive role model while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proven ability to support developmental milestones and create enriching learning experiences
- Confident, capable, and proactive with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
