We are seeking a professional and experienced Live Casino Supervisor to oversee live table operations, ensure game integrity and compliance, and support croupiers in delivering a smooth, fair, and engaging live gaming experience. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence and player satisfaction during live-streamed sessions.
- Manage staff rotations and shift coverage to ensure continuous operational flow.
- Supervise game materials across all shifts, ensuring proper handling and availability.
- Continuously monitor the development and flow of live games.
- Perform dealer (croupier) duties when operationally required.
- Make operational decisions in the absence of the Manager.
- Monitor screens and tables to ensure correct functionality and compliance with operational standards.
- Identify and address operational issues in real time to maintain service quality.
- Strong operational awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and supervise multiple tables simultaneously.
- Decision-making skills under pressure.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Strong understanding of live game operations.
- Previous experience as a Dealer/Croupier, Floor Supervisor, or similar operational role.
