Who you'll work with

You will join our office in Montreal to work with the teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations.
The team you’re about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. 

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality. You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.

Technical Production

  • Interpret and validate CAD drawings, including lighting, sound, and power plans.
  • Validate site requirements with technical/creative leads; conduct and analyze site visits.
  • Apply cross-department technical knowledge, including F&B, lighting, audio, stage, and video.
  • Oversee permitting from site assembly, through building permits to F&B, with hands-on venue preparation experience.

Design & Pre-Production

  • Coordinate design reviews with creative and technical teams.
  • Ensure concepts align with client vision, technical feasibility, and financial targets.

Process & Administration

  • Create and maintain production bibles, handovers, and documentation.
  • Develop and track production schedules, Gantt charts, and milestones
  • Enjoy working with multiple platforms and complex processes

Budgeting

  • Build and maintain production budgets throughout the feasibility, sign off and operational stages of production.
  • Ongoing monitoring of local operational spends and identifying of optimization opportunities
  • Invoice management and closing of the event P&Ls
  • Negotiate and execute vendor, staffing, and MSA contracts.

Management & Leadership

  • Lead meetings, capture outcomes, and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable business decisions.
  • Ability to defend your opinion with tact in different levels of the organisation.
About You:

You have a proven track record of delivering large-scale, technically complex productions with multiple stakeholders and high budgets. You combine strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with hands-on technical knowledge across staging, lighting, sound, and logistics. You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You’re detail-oriented yet innovative, able to anticipate challenges, negotiate solutions, and think strategically about how to create compelling, seamless live experiences.

This role requires both operational rigor and creative problem-solving. Candidates should be passionate about live entertainment and event production, with the ability to balance technical feasibility, vision, and financial targets.

Industry Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in live event or entertainment production (theatrical, concerts, touring, experiential).
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex productions with high budgets and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of technical production, logistics, and permitting.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing large vendor networks.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills (including Gantt/project management tools).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams across levels.
  • Desire to grow within Production, and eventually manage others.
  • Strong academic background is a plus

Tu te joindras à l’équipe Fever Originals dans notre bureau de Montréal. Tu utiliseras des données et des insights pour créer des événements et des expériences uniques qui permettent aux gens de vivre des moments inoubliables, tout en collaborant directement avec nos équipes internes, partenaires, fournisseurs et lieux d’accueil. Dans ce rôle, tu contribueras à développer le pipeline d’événements originaux de Fever. Pour y arriver, tu travailleras avec tous les départements de Fever, du Marketing aux Opérations.

Tes Missions: 

Production technique

  • Interpréter et valider les plans CAD, incluant l’éclairage, le son et les installations électriques.
  • Valider les exigences des sites avec les équipes techniques et créatives; effectuer et analyser les visites de site.
  • Appliquer des connaissances techniques transversales (restauration, éclairage, son, scène, vidéo).
  • Superviser les autorisations et permis, depuis le montage du site jusqu’à la restauration (F&B), avec une approche pratique de la préparation des lieux. 

Conception & pré-production

  • Coordonner les revues de conception avec les équipes créatives et techniques.
  • Garantir que les concepts respectent la vision du client, la faisabilité technique et les objectifs financiers.

Processus & administration

  • Créer et maintenir les bibles de production, documents de passation et autres ressources de suivi.
  • Développer et suivre les plannings de production, diagrammes de Gantt et jalons.

Budgétisation

  • Construire et suivre les budgets de production tout au long des phases de faisabilité, validation et exploitation.
  • Suivre les dépenses opérationnelles locales et identifier les opportunités d’optimisation.
  • Gérer la facturation, les paiements et la clôture des P&L des événements.
  • Négocier et exécuter les contrats fournisseurs, de personnel et MSA.

Management & Leadership

  • Animer des réunions de suivi, formaliser les décisions et présenter les avancées aux parties prenantes.
  • Traduire des défis techniques complexes en décisions claires et concrètes pour les équipes et la direction
Profil Recherché:

Tu as une expérience solide en livraison de productions d’envergure, techniquement complexes, impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes et des budgets conséquents. Tu combines rigueur organisationnelle, pensée analytique et compétences en communication, tout en possédant une expertise technique pratique en matière de scène, éclairage, son et logistique. Tu t'épanouis dans des environnements rapides et exigeants, fais preuve de créativité et de précision, sait anticiper les défis, négocier des solutions et réfléchir de manière stratégique à la création d’expériences live captivantes et fluides. Ce rôle exige à la fois rigueur opérationnelle et esprit créatif. Les candidat(e)s doivent être passionné(e)s par la production et le divertissement live, capables d’équilibrer vision artistique, faisabilité technique et objectifs financiers

Experience Professionelle

  • 5+ ans d’expérience dans la production d’événements live ou de divertissement (théâtre, concerts, tournées, expériences immersives).
  • Expérience avérée dans la livraison de productions complexes, avec budgets élevés et multiples parties prenantes.
  • Solide connaissance de la production technique, logistique et réglementaire.
  • Expérience dans la négociation de contrats et la gestion d’un large réseau de fournisseurs. et maintenir les bibles de production, documents de passation et autres ressources de suivi.

Compétences et qualifications

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (obligatoire) ; la connaissance du français est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion de planning (Gantt, outils de gestion de projet).
  • Solides compétences en communication et en leadership, avec la capacité de gérer des équipes à différents niveaux.
  • Volonté de développer sa carrière en production et, à terme, de manager d’autres collaborateurs.
  • Solide formation académique (un atout).
