About Hollywood Park
Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.
Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As the Live Broadcast Graphics Designer and Operator, You Will..
We are looking for a skilled real-time live broadcast graphics artist and live entertainment all-star to be part of our Broadcast Production team. Get instant feedback in front of 70,000+ roaring fans when your creations are shown on The Infinity Screen, the world’s largest 360° LED screen. As the Live Broadcast Graphics Designer & Operator, you will be part of the team creating once in a lifetime moments for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl LXI and 2028 Summer Olympics. This is a Ross built house and we welcome experience from all other live broadcast operators. You will have vast knowledge of Adobe CC and have a keen eye for detail. A clear and confident communicator that is able to create, execute and operate graphics in a timely, efficient manner. Your aim will be to ensure each created element meets the client’s desired vision and is delivered promptly for the Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Chargers and all SoFi Stadium events. More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…
- Create templates in Adobe Creative Cloud and Ross XPression based on production needs
- Design motion graphics for various digital needs including XPression and large format LEDs
- Provide design support for internal requests, major and private events
- Experience in LED control in live production environments
- Quality control for all aspects of graphic and video production
- Execute content delivery (download, inspect, transcode, etc.)
- Provide graphic support for all stadium events
- Work on multiple projects concurrently and balance time constraints
- Document quality standards, system anomalies and operational procedures
- Ability to operate CG during live events
We’d Love to Hear From People With…
- Experience with Ross XPression and Dashboard or systems such as Daktronics Show Control, Chyron and Vizrt
- 5+ years’ work experience in video and live production (sports, events, studio, agency or freelance)
- Intermediate knowledge in motion design and animation platforms (After Effects)
- Ability to self-manage and organize project workloads around tight and demanding deadlines
- Must be highly collaborative and able to maintain creative excellence in a fast-paced, ever changing landscape
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Flexible in working hours including nights, weekends and holidays when needed
- Knowledge of the following equipment a bonus:
- Ross INcoder, DataLinq, Visual Logic
- Mac and Windows OS
- Microsoft Office family (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Salary Rate: $100,000- $130,000
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

What We Do
Hollywood Park is transforming the site of the former Hollywood Park Racetrack to a year-round sports and entertainment destination for the enjoyment of people throughout Southern California as well as visitors to the region. This will be the new “must-see” entertainment destination and gathering spot in the center of the Los Angeles basin. This monumental project covers 298 acres located two miles off the I-405, one and a half miles off the I-105, and four miles from Los Angeles International Airport. The centerpiece of the district is SoFi Stadium, a 70,000-seat stadium that will be the home of NFL games for both the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams. The stadium will feature sporting events including the Super Bowl and the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics being held in Los Angeles, as well as major concerts and other entertainment year-round. Hollywood Park also includes YouTube Theater, a new intimate, state-of-the-art theater that will hosts a variety of live events from concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.
