To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Mid‑Level to Senior Employment Litigator in British Columbia, ideally with large‑firm and/or in‑house experience.

As a Caravel Litigator, you will:

  • Provide a full spectrum of employment litigation services to clients across industries and sizes
  • Manage your own caseload from inception through trial
  • Work on matters at all levels of court
  • Handle files from intake to close, including taking instructions, drafting documentation, managing correspondence, and proactively advancing matters

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of in‑house and/or private practice experience
  • Strong employment litigation experience
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • First‑chair trial experience
