Looking for more control over your schedule while still doing meaningful, engaging work?
At Caravel Law, we offer a modern way of practicing law — one that prioritizes flexibility, autonomy, and professional fulfillment without compromising the quality or complexity of your work.
Our firm is built on a team of highly experienced lawyers, many with extensive in‑house and in‑company backgrounds. We provide first‑class business legal counsel on a flexible, as‑needed basis, whether on‑site or remotely. This innovative model allows our lawyers to design a practice that fits their life while remaining part of a collaborative, supportive community.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Mid‑Level to Senior Employment Litigator in British Columbia, ideally with large‑firm and/or in‑house experience.
As a Caravel Litigator, you will:
- Provide a full spectrum of employment litigation services to clients across industries and sizes
- Manage your own caseload from inception through trial
- Work on matters at all levels of court
- Handle files from intake to close, including taking instructions, drafting documentation, managing correspondence, and proactively advancing matters
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 10 years of in‑house and/or private practice experience
- Strong employment litigation experience
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- First‑chair trial experience
While our lawyers work remotely, we operate as a connected team and foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture. Flexibility is at the core of who we are — and we believe that when lawyers have more control over their work and life, they deliver their best.
Caravel is committed to providing clients with value, quality, and adaptability. We expect dedication and professionalism, and in return, we offer a practice model that gives you greater balance and autonomy.
If this sounds like the right fit, we would love to hear from you.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
To apply, please visit www.caravellaw.com and upload your resume and cover letter.
If you want, I can also create a shorter, high‑impact version for job boards or a more conversational version for social media.
