- Familiarity with federal, state and local court rules.
- Knowledge of USDC, state court, and alternative dispute resolution agencies’ practices relating to pleadings and other actions of our clients’ cases.
- Thoroughness and accuracy in calculating deadlines via application of the court’s rules or instruction from attorneys.
Skills Required
- At least five years of experience using calendaring software, preferably CompuLaw
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local court rules
- Knowledge of USDC, state court, and alternative dispute resolution agencies’ practices relating to pleadings and other case actions
- Thoroughness and accuracy in calculating deadlines using court rules or attorney instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree
