We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our busy Miami-based litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in products liability and/or premises liability, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, and good academic credentials. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paces environment. Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential. Florida admission required. This position is primarily remote.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of defense litigation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in products liability and/or premises liability preferred
- Must be admitted to practice in FL
