About the Role

The Pennsylvania Office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has an opening for a bright, energetic, and hard-working litigation associate. The candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation. The position provides the opportunity to work both independently and as part of our strong litigation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, day to day case management and client management. 
  • Appear before state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and arbitrations. 
Qualifications
  • Superior academic credentials
  • Excellent researching skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Must be bar admitted in the state Pennsylvania
  • Must have Pennsylvania State court experience
