Job Requirements:
Applicants should have 3-5 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkship experience a plus. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and careful, excellent attention to detail and research and writing skills. Candidates should have experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals. Candidates must be in good standing with the Minnesota Bar or be admitted as soon as practicable.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$215 000 to $285 000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
