The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join our growing Insurance Defense practice in Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career attorney who is eager to gain hands-on pre-suit and litigation experience, receive mentorship from experienced attorneys, and build a long-term career in a fast-paced legal environment.
Requirements
- Assist with all aspects of presuit and litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft demand responses, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Attend hearings, depositions, vehicle inspections, settlement conferences, mediations, and court appearances
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Work closely with shareholders and senior attorneys on complex matters
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission or pending admission results
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively
