Edina Realty is searching for an organized and detail-oriented person for a key role in our busy sales office in Chanhassen, MN. This position is responsible for entering property listings and changes in the system as well as performing a variety of administrative duties to support agents, sales management and administrative staff.
This is an in-office position, working Mon – Fri with varied hours between 9:30 am – 5:00 pm; 32 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Perform data input functions, process real estate information and maintain MLS listings and sales records.
- Verify information with sales associates to ensure accurate listings.
- Provide administrative support: answer phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, distribute mail, maintain office appearance and order office supplies.
- Track sign inventory, and maintain office equipment.
- Basic proficiency of social media engagement and posting practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Process real estate advertising.
- Maintain and monitor electronic and paper files/records.
- May serve as back-up to other office staff.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience:
- One year clerical/administrative experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Canva.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently, handle deadlines and work as a member in a team environment.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail; high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute between our two sales office locations in Edina, MN.

Wage: $18 - $19 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
