We are looking for a highly motivated Equity Admission Manager to join our Equity Admission team in Paris.
Reporting to the Head of Equity Admission, you will play a central role in assessing and managing the admission of companies seeking to list their equity securities on Euronext markets. Working closely with issuers, investment banks, legal advisors and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver efficient, high-quality admission processes while safeguarding the integrity of our markets.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to some of Europe's most significant equity transactions and to work directly with senior executives of listed and listing companies.
Key responsibilities
Lead issuer admissions
Participate in kick-off meetings with C-level executives of prospective issuers and their advisors to guide them through the admission process.
Manage the admission process from initial assessment through to the first day of trading.
Act as a trusted point of contact for issuers and advisors throughout the transaction.
Assess listing applications
Evaluate prospective issuers against Euronext's admission requirements, including legal and regulatory compliance, business model, corporate governance, shareholder structure, management quality, transaction rationale and financial position.
Identify key risks and ensure that listing applications meet Euronext's standards and regulatory framework.
Review prospectuses, information documents and other admission-related documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
Prepare recommendation memoranda and present admission cases to the Listing Committee.
Coordinate operational readiness
Oversee the operational aspects of the admission process, including the collection of technical information, preparation of market notices and coordination with internal teams to ensure a successful market launch.
Support listed issuers
Advise internal and external stakeholders on listing requirements and ongoing compliance matters.
Manage exemption requests, listing transfers and delisting applications in accordance with applicable rules.
Contribute to commercial and strategic initiatives
Partner with the Sales teams on complex listing, legal and operational matters, including transaction structuring, listing routes and fee-related questions.
Support business development initiatives, strategic projects and reporting activities that contribute to the growth of Euronext's Primary Markets franchise.
What you'll bring
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, legal advisory, audit or financial regulation.
Master's degree in Finance, Business, Audit, Economics or Law.
Strong understanding of equity capital markets, IPO processes and corporate finance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial, legal and corporate structures.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior executives, advisors and internal stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and international environment.
Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
