  • Client Solutioning & Commercial Execution
    • You will design and configure LS structures for Mexican Corporate and Financial Institution clients, aligned to client objectives.
    • You will act as a subject matter expert and consultative partner to Payments Sales Managers, Bankers, and clients on product capabilities, technical considerations, and pricing.
    • You will engage with client teams to understand pain points, refine solutions, and translate feedback into actionable inputs for Product roadmap decisions.
  • Business Growth & Market Strategy
    • You will develop and execute strategic plans to grow the LS business in Mexico in partnership with regional and global teams.
    • You will assess local regulatory requirements, market trends, evolving client needs, and competitive dynamics to shape Mexico LS strategy and identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
    • You will create campaigns to attract new clients and expand usage with existing clients, coordinating with relationship managers and sales teams across J.P. Morgan.
  • Risk, Controls & Delivery Partnership
    • You will partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to document and address product risk, and work with Technology, Operations, Client Service, and Implementations to improve client experience while minimizing errors and operational breaks.
       

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

  • Relevant industry experience in Cash Concentration, Liquidity Structures, Overdraft facilities, and Demand Deposit Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the transactional banking and regulatory environment for Mexico.
  • Structured product manager skillset, with ability to lead complex product implementations.
  • Strong commercial discipline, with a track record of making commercially viable business decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders across J.P. Morgan and external parties in Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize information and present conclusions clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
