Job Description
An exciting opportunity to be an integral part of global Liquidity and Account Solutions (L&AS) product development team executing on key business investment priorities and developing new innovative solutions for clients across L&AS.
This role is a great opportunity to partner across Product, Technology, Operations and other functional groups/lobs and multi-year transformation projects and commercialize new innovative solutions
As Product Development and Delivery Manager in the Liquidity and Account Solutions Product development team, you will lead complex transformation projects and support scalable product delivery, streamline processes, uphold compliance, and resolve delivery impediments. Be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products, while you navigate through and solve complex challenges. In this dynamic environment, you ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives, marking a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey.
Job responsibilities
- Lead complex multi-year and cross functional projects that are global in nature and spans across Payments and other lobs
- Establish robust program governance, create project plans and drive successful delivery of program milestones.
- Partnering across product, operations, CS&I and other functional groups to undertake business analysis to document requirements.
- Chair Program working group meetings and create well structured, impactful written content to provide accurate and concise reporting of program status, risks/issues across all levels
- Partner across product, operations, functional groups to identify efficiencies , streamline operating models and influence management and stakeholders towards certain outcomes
- Lead Change Readiness activities to ensure business and functional teams are full ready ahead of go live.
- Support program related governance activities across Product development portfolio
- Develop a rich understanding of the Wholesale Liquidity & Escrow product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capabilities vs. industry/customer needs and current business priorities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven track record in successfully delivering multi-year cross functional programs with strong project management and influencing skills
- Strong experience in undertaking business analysis and process re-engineering
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and build credibility with technology, functional partners, and senior management
- Good knowledge of Payments business is crucial to the role
- Intellectually curious with 'constant improvement' mindset and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to translate complex technical, operational or regulatory information into coherent messages for key partners, senior management
- Appreciation and adherence to robust risk and control approaches
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior knowledge of J.P Morgan's Funds Control process
- Strong PowerPoint and Visio skills will be beneficial for the role
