As a Product Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. J.P. Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions ("L&AS")works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.
Job responsibilities

  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
  • Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
  • Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
  • Engages closely with Product, Service, Sales, Operations, as well as Credit Risk to review and to implement enhancements to credit policy and end-to-end process of liquidity and credit exposure creation, utilization and monitoring
  • Ensures proper product documentation where product usage incurs or creates liquidity and credit exposure
  • Develops metrics and reporting framework for measuring and monitoring liquidity and credit exposure
  • Develops and implements proper framework to monitor and address overdrafts and ensures ongoing adherence to the framework by cross-functional partners


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • An organized self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and bring projects to closure


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior Payments, Liquidity & Escrow knowledge and experience working with Technology beneficial
  • Strong data and analytical skills, experience working with large datasets and/or modelling
  • PowerPoint and Visio skills will be beneficial for the role
