Job DescriptionWhat you will do:
We are seeking a skilled Linux/Windows Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational delivery, maintenance, and lifecycle management of both Linux and Windows-based infrastructure platforms. You will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable compute environments across hybrid cloud and on premises infrastructure. You will be reporting to the respective People manager. You will:
• Manage and support Linux (RedHat, SUSE, Amazon Linux) and Windows Server environments
• Administer and maintain VMware virtualization platforms
• Execute OS patching and compliance using tools such as BladeLogic and Tanium
• Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability through scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Monitor system performance and availability; respond to incidents and outages
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to global standards
• Participate in capacity planning, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
QualificationsWhat you will bring:
• 5+ years of experience in Linux (RedHat, SUSE, Amazon Linux) and/or Windows Server administration and VMware operations
• Hands-on experience with patching and compliance tools (BladeLogic, Tanium)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring, automation, and ITIL practices
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
• Fluency in English
Would be considered as an advantage if you also have:
• Microsoft, RedHat, or VMware certifications
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Relevant University degree/Technical specialty
