Leidos Office of the Chief Information Officer within the Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Linux System Administrator to support various classified environments. You will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and supporting complex classified information systems, as well as ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations.
Location: All work will be performed on site at our King of Prussia, PA office.
Clearance: U.S. Citizen with current Top Secret clearance with ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs (SAP) and eligibility for Special Compartmented Information (SCI). You will be required to maintain clearance for duration of assignment.
What will you do in this role?
This role includes a combination of duties to protect information, and maintain security controls, for an entire system, site, or program to reduce risk.

Ensure programs maintain favorable standings with government regulations and maintain compliance artifacts such as vulnerability scans, STIGs, SCAP scans, network diagrams, and documentation.

Install, configure, and maintain VMware, Windows, and RedHat-based servers and systems.

Work independently to accomplish time-sensitive projects such as infrastructure buildouts, complex software installations, customer and sub-contractor coordination, and end-user outreach.

Establish, troubleshoot, and maintain network communications with varying sites and partners for both networking and encryptor devices.

Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of experience, Master's degree and 6 years' experience, Associate degree and 10 years' experience or equivalent relevant experience and relevant industry-standard certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current Active Top Secret security clearance to be considered along with sustained ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs and eligibility for SCI.

Must have a DoD 8570 IAT level II or higher certification such as CompTIA Security+.

Extensive experience of operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining RedHat-based operating systems including HPC Clusters.

Extensive experience operating in a Windows-based domain environment to include workstations, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, and SharePoint.

Experience implementing large projects such as new infrastructure, tech refreshes, and/or complex software installations.

Experience implementing and managing container-based solutions utilizing Docker or Podman.

Experience maintaining host-based security with Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator.

Knowledge of change management procedures, roles, and responsibilities.

Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and maintaining compliance artifacts such as SCAP scans, STIGs, and Nessus Vulnerability reports.
Preferred Qualifications

RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification.

Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification.

Experience working with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, or Microsoft SharePoint technologies.

Experience configuring Cryptographic Encryptors (TACLANES).

Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
