Expert knowledge of Autosys, Linux, and Shell scripts.
Detailed Job description:
- Sr Developer with special emphasis and experience of 8 to 12 years on Working knowledge of Linux distributions, installing packages, managing services, patching, and handling cron jobs.
- Strong experience writing and troubleshooting Bash/Shell scripts to automate batch processes.
- Define and manage jobs, boxes, dependencies, calendars in AutoSys using JIL and Workload Control Center (WCC).
- Install, configure, upgrade AutoSys, manage agents, handle patches, monitor job health, and resolve scheduling issues.
- Maintain clear documentation, manage change requests and defect tickets (e.g., via ServiceNow) under structured ITIL or change processes.
