  • Take ownership of link-building execution, working closely with the SEO team to align on strategy and continuous performance improvements.
  • Research and identify high-quality link opportunities.
  • Negotiate link placements, verify quality, and confirm live links.
  • Monitor the backlink profile for lost and broken links.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date link tracking spreadsheet and provide regular KPI reporting.
  • Write SEO briefs, anchor text variations, and guest post pitches as required.
  • Generate content for guest posting.

What Is Important for Us?

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in link building or SEO outreach.
  • Experience with email finder and automation software for outreach (cases would be a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with link exchange and listicle placements as core working methods.
  • An established network of link providers (site owners, webmasters, niche publishers) that you can activate from day one will be a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of what makes a high-quality backlink: DR/DA benchmarks, organic traffic, topical relevance, and anchor text strategy.
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Ahrefs (competitor analysis, backlink audits, opportunity identification).
  • Proficiency with AI research and writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.).
  • English spoken B2 level.
  • Strong organizational skills: comfortable owning tracking sheets and reporting on pipeline metrics.
