What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for a Linkage Task Lead. The Linkage Task Lead is responsible for managing and executing complex data linkage tasks within federal environments. This role requires deep expertise in handling large and multifaceted datasets, performing multi-way linkages, and applying advanced data management methodologies. The Task Lead ensures technical excellence, compliance, and effective communication across all aspects of the task. This is a full-time onsite position supporting the NIH office in Bethesda, MD.

  • Lead and manage tasks involving the linkage of large and complex datasets.

  • Apply advanced data management procedures, standards, and methodologies to ensure data integrity and usability.

  • Oversee technical and security aspects of enclave operations related to data linkage.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful task execution and delivery.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.

What You Will Need:

  • Demonstrable and deep knowledge of working with large and complex datasets, including multi-way data linkages and data management best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Services, Social Sciences, Economics, Behavioral Research, or a comparable discipline.

  • A minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in federal IT or data-related projects.

  • Strong technical background in statistical analysis, technologies, network devices, hardware, and software relevant to enclave operations.

  • Proven experience successfully leading tasks within or for a federal agency or organization.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with secure data environments and enclave architecture.

  • Current professional certifications commensurate with the duties of the role.

  • Familiarity with federal data privacy and security standards.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical workflows

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
