At 30SecondsToFly we are revolutionizing corporate travel through machine learning. Our technology “Claire” is a corporate travel agent powered by artificial intelligence. She chats with travelers to book flights and hotels, while she learns their preferences and applies their travel policies. Claire is one of the first A.I. employees entering the digital workforce and brings an unprecedented level of user experience to travelers all around the world.

What You’ll do on a Typical Day

• Work with the Product Owner to understanding project criteria and desired outcome
• Engineer prompts for Large Language Models, related to financial data
• Understand basic JSON structures 
• Test and re-test prompts to establish accuracy
• Perform QA/testing tasks 
• Carefully and diligently process customer data, especially personally identifiable information (PII).
• Meet productivity and quality goals.

What We’re looking for

• Excellent knowledge of the English language with excellent English verbal and written skills as well as great comprehension.
• You have been educated in one (or more) of the following fields:
  a. Language related education (linguistics, translation, journalism, teaching)
• . An accounting and/or administration education.  
• . technical education (engineering, computer/information science) or you have demonstrated technical expertise 
• Strong work ethic and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Problem-solving and analysis skills are a must.
• Commitment to achieving project goals.
• Ability to work alone and on a team.
• Coordination experience is a plus.
• Full-time availability.
• Linguistic skills – knowledge of linguistic terms and concepts.
• Accounting / Finance Skills
• Knowledge of Software development
