The Linetec Brand Director is responsible for the P&L of the brand, driving profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition, and the identification and implementation of adjacent core offerings and value-added services. They will specifically lead introduction of aluminum extrusion services as an offering to external customers needing finished extrusions. They will have direct responsibility for estimating, client services, and sales functions and will ensure the brand delivers superior customer experiences. Working directly with the sales team, and collaborating with all other functions, the Linetec Brand Director will be responsible for formulating and executing the strategy for Linetec to drive growth into the future and will be responsible for ensuring a customer centric approach is taken through all activities impacting the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for P&L and the delivery of brand-level revenue and profitability targets
- Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute a strategic plan for growth within the Linetec brand
- Align strategies with commercial team and other functional leaders and deliver positive customer outcomes enabling growth with existing and acquisition of new customers
- Direct leadership of estimating, client services and outside sales functions
- Responsible for ensuring all functional areas are aligned and accountable to KPIs necessary for business success
- Grow the Linetec brand
- Primary customer facing leadership team member
Experience & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations or related field required; master’s degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years or relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience working in finishing and extrusion markets or related experience

- Travel will be required 20%-30% to different Architectural Metals facilities and customer locations
