Are you an experienced Integration professional with a passion for leading and developing technical teams? We're seeking a Line Manager – Software Development to be the professional and planning backbone of our Enterprise Integration Team within our operational teams. In this pivotal role, you'll guide the strategic evolution of our integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and exceptional customer experiences. 

Your transformation challenge…

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and empower a team of talented Software Developers.

• Drive team development strategy: talent development, succession planning, and retention.

• Manage team capacity and coordinate task planning with System Delivery.

• Support hiring to bring top talent into the department.

• Assess personnel performance, plan individual development, and implement corrective measures.

• Organize and lead regular team meetings to brief on achievements and objectives.

Integration & Technical Excellence:

• Control achievement of company and department objectives relevant to Enterprise Integration.

• Manage Customer Technology contributions to strategic projects.

• Continuously transfer knowledge to global teams (EU, US, Asia).

• Assess and improve departmental tooling usage.

• Advise internal stakeholders on customer requirements and Professional Services on business logic implementation.

• Utilize state-of-the-art technologies, including AI tools like Copilot/Cursor.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate closely with Software Development core teams, Professional Services, and Quality Assurance.

• Align regularly with Customer Care and Customer Technology Leads.

• Represent Customer Technology in internal forums and external customer meetings.

• Ensure continuity of support with balanced project delivery workload through careful leave planning.

• Suggest customer and internal process improvements.

• Programming paradigms and languages (Java, Spring).

• Various tools (Apache Camel, Crucible, Maven, Kafka, Soap, XML, XSLT).

• Technical solutions and their implementation.

• Communicators and conferencing tools.

• Project, Time, and Capacity Management.
