About The Opportunity
The Line Lead has the responsibility to operate a production line and supervise a staff where an acceptable finished product should be created. The Line Lead oversees production line personnel by providing direction and leadership to employees in the most effective and efficient manner.Essential Functions
1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
3. Responsible for training line workers in all aspects of production line work
4. Maintain a professional demeanor and performance in leadership of staff
5. Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results
6. Perform continuous inspection of product every hour or more frequently, depending if the job is complex or critical in its design or use
7. Keep abreast of the rates of the jobs running on the production line
8. Perform all Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions as they pertain to this job
9. Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
10. Process information and merchandise through computer system
11. Responsible for effectively ensuring company procedures and policies are being followed
12. Responsible for job cards being filled out both correctly and accurately.
13. Responsible for maintaining company safety environment
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
Education/Certification
Level Required: None
Level Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
Required: Minimum 2 years related experience or training in the field of shipping, receiving and warehouse supervision

Essential to Position
The anticipated hourly range for the position is $17.00 - $21.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for a success share bonus and benefits package.
