Lilly StarT is a one-year talent program designed for junior and senior university students in relevant fields of study, offering an opportunity to join our business functions.
The program aims to grow exceptional talents who are eager to take ownership of their professional journey and emerge as future leaders in the pharma sector.
With Lilly StarT, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage with experts in the field, build strong relationships, and take an active role in project assignments — all while receiving on-the-job training, online and in-class development opportunities, and gaining hands-on experience.
Role: Marketing Intern — Cardiometabolic Health
As a Marketing Intern, you will:
- Follow up on marketing materials with creative agencies and ensure timely delivery
- Support the Brand Manager in organizing events and addressing sales force demands
- Work closely with brand team members and the sales team to ensure the successful execution of major programs and operational duties
- Play an active role in communication and coordination with creative agencies
- Upload materials and presentations to the Veeva Vault system on time and follow approval processes properly,
Requirements
- 3rd, 4th & 5th year university student in Pharmacy, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong planning, priority-setting, and analytical skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proactive attitude with high learning agility and openness to coaching and feedback
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and adaptability in the face of change
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and AI tools
- Available to work full-time during the summer break and at least 3 days per week during the school term
