Lilly EnAble Internship opportunity offers a meaningful internship experience for university students who are registered with İŞ-KUR with a disability rate of 40% or above.
It provides an opportunity to join our business functions, develop professionally, and build a strong foundation for a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Eligibility
Registered with İŞ-KUR with a minimum disability rate of 40% or above, documented by a Health Board Report (Engelli Sağlık Kurulu Raporu)
University student in a relevant field of study
Able to work full-time during summer break and at least 3 days a week during school term
Core Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning
Openness to coaching and feedback
Resilience by adapting to change and maintaining a positive attitude
Strong planning and priority setting
Analytical skills
Advanced level in English
