Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Lift Station Technician Trainee / Municipal FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) Program Trainee to join our team in LaBelle, Florida. FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) can create serious issues in sewer systems by clogging pipes, pumps, and equipment. This leads to blockages, costly repairs, and system failures. If not properly managed, FOG buildup can disrupt wastewater treatment, cause hazardous overflows, and harm the environment. Proper FOG management helps maintain system efficiency, lowers maintenance costs, and protects public health

This is a trainee role designed for individuals who are motivated to learn and develop technical skills in the operation, maintenance, and compliance of wastewater collection systems and FOG programs. The trainee will be required to complete all required training, obtain all pertinent certifications, and complete the USFOGA Certified Municipal FOG Coordinator training within 12 months of hire to take over the management of the City’s FOG program.

If you're ready to start a career in wastewater management and FOG compliance, apply today and join our team at Woodard & Curran!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, alternating on-call responsibility.
