Lifestyle Manager (German Speaker)

At TEN, we are looking for a passionate Lifestyle Manager to join our overnight team. This role will be working closely with established teams in Europe and receiving full support from day one.  

About the role

As an Overnight Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lifestyle services to premium corporate members based in Europe. You will handle a wide range of lifestyle requests during the overnight shift, ensuring seamless service and outstanding member experience.  

Key responsibilities

• Manage overnight lifestyle requests, including dining, retail and premium experiences.
• Handle limited travel‑related requests such as hotel bookings and car hire.
• Create tailored recommendations and well‑written solutions for members using TEN’s internal tools.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with members, primarily in German.
• Act proactively to enhance the member experience by suggesting relevant additional options.
• Collaborate closely with international lifestyle teams to ensure continuity of service.
• Contribute to building and shaping a brand‑new corporate team environment. 

What we’re looking for

• Fluent German (mandatory).
• Fluent English (B2-C1).
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Background in concierge, lifestyle management, hospitality, travel or service delivery.
• Passion for dining, travel and premium lifestyle services.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where not everything is fully defined yet.
• Hands‑on attitude, curiosity and motivation to go the extra mile for members.
