JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!


The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for providing programs and events suitable and engaging for all residents.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!


  • Design: Survey the community and create ongoing activities and programs tailored to the community’s wide range of ages and needs.
  • Promote and drive interest in the programs using a variety of methods such as newsletter, website, social media, email blast and word of mouth.
  • Secure vendors and staff. Execute while working with onsite management, maintenance techs, and other providers. Debrief with all personnel after the event to improve and grow future events.
  • Operate with a constant mindset of serving the residents with excellence.
  • Express clear and concise written and verbal communication with district staff, residents, Vesta management, staff, and vendors.
  • Maintain order and manage special events budgets, coordinate vendors, and staff.
  • Lead staff and vendors to a common goal.
  • This position does not manage any associates. 

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!


  • . High school diploma required; college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field requiring similar event, customer service skills, and other responsibilities. Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Social Media Outlets
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Strong community engagement
  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • This job operates in a clerical, office setting, clubhouse, and/or outdoor setting. 
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
