Your day at NTT DATA

The Customer Success GTM Manager will lead the sales development of lifecycle management offerings around our branded Support Services and Enterprise Agreements from partners. The portfolio currently includes Enterprise Agreements (EAs) from leading vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Genesys, and Juniper.
The role will focus on lead generation activities, driving pipeline growth and
ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) execution and alignment with NTT Data’s priorities, collaborating closely with group services teams, portfolio management, and external vendors.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy and Expansion

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for branded support services and multi-vendor enterprise agreement enablement and adoption.
  • Broaden the portfolio beyond existing major vendors by onboarding and integrating additional vendor agreements.
  • Align service offerings with market demands, customer needs, and NTT Data priorities.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Creation

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to design campaigns, identify target segments, and create performing lead generation activities.
  • Track and manage the pipeline to ensure consistent growth and alignment with revenue objectives.

Collaboration with Group Services Teams and Portfolio Management

  • Align with portfolio management teams to ensure offerings are consistent with the organization’s strategic priorities and customer value goals.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of services that reinforce NTT Data’s leadership in recurring services and enterprise agreements.
  • Establish, in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and the delivery teams, standardized processes for onboarding, renewals, upsell opportunities, and customer engagement.

  

Stakeholder Alignment and Vendor Collaboration

  • Build and maintain relationships with major vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Genesys, Juniper, and new partners to optimize service alignment and collaboration.
  • Regularly engage with vendor account teams and internal sales teams to refine GTM strategies.

  

Organizational Learning and Growth

  • Lead initiatives to train internal stakeholders on new tools, processes, and vendor agreements.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing across teams to ensure best practices in lifecycle management and customer success are embedded in operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle management, customer success, or support services, with a focus on enterprise agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-vendor environments, including agreements with Cisco, Palo Alto, Genesys, and Juniper is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive GTM strategies, develop lifecycle frameworks, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based business models and recurring revenue strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM and lifecycle management tools 
  • Fluency in Dutch/French and good verbal and written knowledge of the other language as well as English
