Job Description
This lifecycle marketing role requires strong ownership and a results-driven focus. The position involves managing multiple campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Failing fast and iterating is core to finding what works. The role challenges but rewards those who thrive on data-driven marketing and complex problem-solving.
- Manage and optimize email campaigns to drive traffic and revenue
- Monitor and improve key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, ROI)
- Develop compelling subject lines and influence email creatives
- Maintain brand standards and quality requirements
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Develop and execute new subscriber acquisition strategies
- Create and maintain targeted audience segments
- Monitor list health and engagement metrics
- Design personalized content strategies
- Maintain highly engaged and clean email lists
- Develop and manage automated email workflows
- Create and optimize customer journey mapping
- Maintain and improve active workflows
- Develop and execute win-back campaigns
- Monitor and improve automation revenue performance
- Implement targeted personalization strategies
- Manage asset requests and campaign timing
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance
- Ensure error-free deployment
- Coordinate with brand guidelines & designers
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building automated campaigns across popular email platforms
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing performance metrics
- Sharp understanding of email marketing trends and compliance requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven project management skills
- Track record of running successful A/B tests and implementing improvements
- Excellent communicator with strong copywriting abilities
- Analytical thinker who excels at using data to shape strategy
- Month-over-month metric improvements
